Michael and Avery’s winter wedding at Waverly Estate gave us all the cozy, romantic vibes. Hosted just after Christmas, we loved how this darling couple incorporated lush evergreens, berries, pinecones and creamy blooms into their wedding flower design.
Our team crafted a lush garland for the charming little chapel at Waverly, as well as the dramatic staircase in the reception hall. The magnolia leaves, pine sprigs, and leyland cypress branches helped make the entire space feel intimate and cheery.
One of the biggest showstoppers we had the honor of bringing to life? A gigantic “kissing ball” above the dance floor of the reception! While we’ve designed floral chandeliers before, this was the first winter-inspired installation, and it was very fun to create! From the pictures, it looked like Avery had an epic father-daughter dance with her dad…those dance moves! Thank you Michael and Avery, for allowing us to play a small role on your big day.
Thank you also to the Inmans Photo & Video for photographing every detail. Enjoy some of our favorite photos:
