Kathryn and Sam tied the knot at the Historic Polegreen Church followed by an intimate dinner at the Jefferson Hotel. Though it wasn’t the day they had originally planned, the celebration was so sweet and meaningful. AND we love that their dog made an appearance!! Isn’t he the cutest?
