We’re still gushing over Lexy and Ryan’s DREAMY wedding at the Estate at River Run.

Because their celebration took place on Mother’s Day weekend, mom asked Christian and me if we would help with set up – it was an easy YES for us! Spending time setting up with our mom was truly best way to spend Mother’s Day weekend: designing florals for a fabulous wedding on a gorgeous spring day. It’s rare we’re all three together (typically Jennifer helps mom set up on wedding days now), so this made for a fun family affair as we prepped for the wedding.

If you haven’t been to River Run, this venue is an enchanting, sprawling estate complete with a palatial pool, pool house, tennis courts, and breathtaking view of the James River. The ballrooms mirror a scene out of Bridgerton, and the grounds are immaculate. We loved Lexy’s color palette of timeless white blooms and romantic greenery. Christian created the fireplace mantle installation and amazing arrangement for the front ballroom. Lisa worked tirelessly to bring Lexy’s vision for the ceremony and reception to life – it all came together so beautifully.
