Receiving these gorgeous pictures from Valerie Demo was such a treat! This wedding is so dear to us because we (Katie and Allen) had the joy of attending the celebration and staying at the event venue, Dover Hall for the weekend! My husband Allen has known Richard since high school, and after he introduced us to Kim several years ago, we knew she was the one. They truly complement each other so well.
It’s been such a joy to see their love story unfold as we’ve gotten to spend more time together. Allen and I felt so honored to walk through this wedding planning process with them (starting with the surprise engagement at Pippin Hill last year!) as the anticipation built for their big day. It was truly perfect!
Richard and Kim’s over the top wedding at Dover Hall was truly one for the books. Every detail was so thoughtfully planned – Colleen at CCS Events has it down to a science! The special details we loved most included an artist who painted their wedding ceremony as it happened (!!), seeing their dog Jackson walk down the aisle, and the awesome vintage getaway car! Dover Hall is so unbelievably spectacular, and the perfect backdrop for this beautiful wedding ceremony and reception.
