You know what they say, “If God isn’t a Hokie, why do the leaves turn orange and maroon in the fall?” – I couldn’t agree more! It seemed so fitting that Erin and Josh, Hokies through and through, tied the knot on a gorgeous fall day and incorporated beautiful maroon colors in their floral color palate and in the bridal party ensemble. It couldn’t have been more perfect!
The Over the Top team was excited to return to beautiful Fairview Farm to set up the wedding (this venue was actually the location of our first ever styled shoot!) The rustic charm seems almost magical in the fall – we love the open fields around the barn, and the incredible chandelier that hangs over the reception tables.
Erin’s bouquet was textured with a variety of different flowers and greens, and the Italian ruscus framing the bridal bouquet against her dress looked so whimsical and dreamy!! Her fall wedding vision was on. point.
It’s always a treat to work with Shannon Hennessy Photography, and we loved the way she captured Josh and Erin’s big day – enjoy a few of our favorite photos!
Centerpieces! We loved the variety of styles Erin wanted to incorporate on the reception tables.
